Account Manager- IT Reseller

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join well established blue chip organisation .

As an Account Manager you will you will be self-motivated but a driven individual who enjoy and thrive on challenges. The role will provide account management and business development for a range of customers new and existing.

You must have experience in B2B or the reseller channel within an IT sales background. You should also have a natural ability to develop new openings, communicate effectively at all levels and have a degree of technical knowledge of the products and services offered and be able to work under pressure and time constraints. The role supports fantastic career progression.

You must have experience in B2B or the reseller channel within an IT sales background

*Have a good level of business acumen and be able to understand the customer
objectives
*Achieve and exceed monthly Sales Targets
*Excellent negotiator, be energetic and self-motivated
*The ability to develop new business alongside maintaining established
customers
*Be a clear communicator as you must be able to relate technical concepts to
non-technical people
*You will need to be logical in your work, have excellent problem solving,
team working and interpersonal skills
*Be immaculately presented and a confident communicator with an excellent
customer facing ability
*Understanding customers' specific business needs and applying product
knowledge to meet those needs

Full Driving License Required

Other duties would include:
*Developing new business through networking and cold calling, applicants are
expected to make outbound sales calls as well as taking inbound calls to
generate new business.
*Working with other Sales Executive to aid the development of account in
other areas
*Liaising with the Service Delivery Manager to provide customer with
accurate Service reports
*Produce accurate account reports and Sales forecasts on a monthly basis
*Spot new potential business opportunities and close deals successfully
*Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge/ subject matter expert
*Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
