Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, OTE

We are looking for an Acquisition Consultant that has a background in telesales. A background in property is not essential as ongoing training will be provided. At least two years sales experience is an advantage and the following skill set and characteristics apply:

  • Outstanding communication skills and professional telephone manner,
  • Excellent attention to detail,
  • Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system,
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivated to achieve monthly targets,
  • A positive attitude and an energy that contributes to the already established team,
  • Degree Educated (any discipline)
  • 1-2 years of Sales/Telesales experience is essential, if you are someone with a proven track record of hitting KPI’s and reaching/exceeding monthly targets would be preferable,
  • Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional and well-spoken


The Role:

  • Working out of our modern head office in Fulham (next to Putney Bridge),
  • Working alongside a dedicated team of young professionals that have the desire to be market leaders
  • 100% outbound role, qualifying warm leads from property vendors who need a guaranteed sale,
  • Carrying out detailed valuations on UK residential properties,
  • Updating the CRM and being diligent with adding notes as each lead progresses,
  • Contribute to making a final valuation on a property before it is purchased,
  • Retaining good relations with each customer and then request a review of the service journey,
  • Participating in meetings to adopt best working practices,
  • Contributing to team meetings and be willing to put forward ideas.


Salary, Schedule & Benefits:

  • £30,000 base salary (dependent upon experience) with realistic OTE of £50k;
  • Profit share scheme; candidate will receive an additional yearly bonus, depending on company target being achieved
  • Starting at between 9am and 11am and finishing between 6pm and 8pm on Monday to Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Friday;
  • Rotating weekend work - working one in four weekends
  • Free use of the gym in the building
  • Participation in team building events and monthly/quarterly team outings;
  • 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
