Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator who has a keen interest in the Recruitment Sector and working in a fast paced environment.

The job role is very rewarding and would suit someone who is able to prioritise and has dealt daily with multi-tasking and is above all enthusiastic.

Each day brings different and unique challenges that will suit someone used to working in a similar fast paced and demanding environment.

Daily Duties 
Registering candidates and ensuring they are compliant for work
Sending out and chasing references
Assisting the team in putting candidates to jobs
Updating files on company database
Advertising vacancies on job boards
Creating & maintaining candidate files to enable placements
General administration duties supporting the manager and the team
Attention to detail
Confident on telephone
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Competent on Microsoft packages
Shows initiative and is willing to go the extra mile

Our working hours in the office are Monday - Friday - 8.00am - 5.00pm (Please note that there is work that does come out after these hours which we all assist with when possible)
