With a turnover of around £30 million last year, this company are both well-established but better yet, have a fantastic drive to grow the business over the next couple of years, maintaining the exceptional standards of their new homes along the way.
With a business plan of building 300 units a year on a consistent basis, they pride themselves on their build quality and achieving completion on site on time and within budget. They have an extremely low staff turnover which speaks volumes about the business and how they appreciate their staff.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for assistant in the management of the development from inception through to completion, handover and aftercare. You would also manage the site based teams and co-ordinate all the information from each team member, attend weekly client meetings.
