Requirement Team Leader or Recruitment Manager

A recruitment business require a Team Leader /Branch Manager /Business manager for its new West Yorkshire office that specialises in Commercial, Industrial ,Trades and labour , Construction recruitment

It is the start of an exciting journey and require self starting, motivated and energetic people to come and join this recruitment opportunity

With brand new premises and great facilities, off site parking ,it’s a great place to work .

This is a blank canvass to create a perfect role for a Managing Recruitment Consultant ,Team Leader or a Branch Manager to lead the team working with an inspirational entrepreneur and MD .

You will not be operating in a geographically restricted business ,or sector althought the company have existing business and PSLs within the Commercial, Industrial ,Trades and labour ,Construction markets .You will be free from any corporate shackles ,KPIS or reporting line that makes it frustrating to do your job as in other companies .

There’s impressive investment in IT and a supportive MD ,back office support ,resourcing ,sales and marketing, legal and HR advice and an internal recruiter who will help to recruit your team but the final decision is yours .

Recruitment Consultants and managers will be provided with Laptops, Mobile Phones plus Cars and IPad where appropriate. (This is dependant on experience and the role you will be coming in to do)
