Based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley.
You will undertake a range of clerical tasks to assist in the provision of a high quality Business Support service.
Duties include answering general telephone enquiries, providing a scanning and indexing service, various data input and document production tasks and any other general clerical duties as required.
It is essential that you have relevant clerical experience within an office environment, a working knowledge of common IT systems including databases / Microsoft Office and customer service, organisational and time management skills.
It is desirable that you have experience of working with different agencies and using purchasing systems.
An SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) is also desirable.
