You will provide clerical support within the Administration Department, In Patient Services Inverclyde. You will issue wards and departments with stationery weekly also issue nursing staff uniforms. You will order stationery and uniforms from Pecos systems, answer telephone enquires and general Reception duties. You will also type letters, memos, reports etc. You will be responsible for input of data received from Bed Manager in relation to nursing pays into SSTS and you will inform Senior Charge Nurses when data is input and request they check and confirm data correct. You should have good computer knowledge and keyboard skills. You should be able to deal with clients, relatives, colleagues and general public in a courteous manner.
