Salary: £17,760 - £20,727 per annum

Based within the Health Improvement Section of the Public Health Directorate, you will provide an effective and reliable administrative and secretarial support. Working mainly in the Employment and Health team, your duties will include, supporting training events & campaigns, distributing resources, maintaining databases, stock taking, and supporting the Information Management team as required. It is essential you have a qualification in Office Administration/Secretarial Services e.g. HNC in Business Administration or SVQ Admin level III or have relevant office experience. If working two days per week: Mon- Fri 8:45 - 5 (with 45 mins for lunch). Flexible working policy is in place with set bands from 10-12 and 2-4. If it is more suitable to the applicant, the working hours can be arranged to spread over a three day period [to include Monday & Friday.
