Key duties & Responsibilities:

Data Entry
Sending emails
Inputting data in an accurate manner
Ensure all relevant forms are within the correct folders
Ensure that the compliance policy is adhered to at all times
Ensure relevant data protection rules are adhered to
Resolve compliance difficulties as they arise
Undertake all relevant training when required
Liaise with Management at all levels to ensure the relevant compliance figures and reports are correct and distributed
To convey non compliance in a professional, confident and diplomatic manner without prejudice or blame
Store all paper files in a safe and secure environment
