We have a new role working freelance for the next 6 months as a Construction Manager in the delivery of Utilities and RC structures. Candidates need to have previous experience in this field and shall interview immediately for the earliest possible start.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and being responsible for all site staff and subcontractors as well as attending client and project meetings
  • Management of subcontractors and logistics on site
  • Producting paperwork such as risk assessments and method statements, ITPs and RFIs
  • Manage and Oversee the rolling programme with a 1 month look ahead
  • Maintain a high standard of Health & Safety on site and ensure works are doing according to spec and quality
  • Support, manage and motivate staff on site

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum HNC qualified, preferably degree qualified (preferably in Civil Engineering)
  • Valid CSCS
  • Valid SMSTS
  • Experience delivering RC structures and Utility Packages
  • Ability to complete H&S paperwork to a high standard
