Salary: £15,000 - £17,500 per annum

We are excited to be partnered with a well established insurance claims specialist who have operated their successful business in the North West for 18 years.

Their expansion has seen them take on an international presence and work with some of the most prestigious brands within the insurance sector

Due to further expansion we are now assisting them in the growth of their new division who will specialise within the motor claims industry. They work closely with aggregators such as compare the market, money supermarket and go compare to ensure their customers have an unrivalled first class service as soon as they require any of our catalogue of services.

What we offer:

Working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with approximately one Saturday per month 9am-1pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Working within an expanding team you will be fully trained to work within the guidelines of the financial conduct authority (FCA). The service you offer will be on both an inbound and outbound basis - Setting up customer policies and managing their requirements as well as offering additional products and services that are appropriate to the needs of both the policy and the customer
  • Adapting to the business brand and the ethos/culture of the company to represent this growing company in a competitive marketplace
  • Processing information accurately via an industry recognised computer system (CDL)

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • A sound ability to communicate effectively with customers over the telephone and manage volumes of information which must be transcribed on to a computer system
  • Strength in organising yourself to multi task across both administration and telephony based duties
  • Any experience within the insurance sector is an advantage
  • Customer service experience is essential
  • We are an evolving business within a regulated industry so a keen interest and willingness to learn and develop yourself personally is essential
  • You must demonstrate expertise of working within a fast paced environment
