Customer Service Administrator (Temp to Perm)

As part of our client's continued growth they now have an exciting new opportunity to appoint a Customer Service Administrator at their office near Bury St Edmunds.
Applicants should have a confident telephone manner and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. The role will involve taking incoming telephone calls and arranging repair work:
The successful candidate will ideally have previous customer service experience. You will be a responsible, committed and reliable individual with a pro-active/can-do attitude towards all aspects of work. You must be computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel and Outlook) is desirable. The role requires the ability to communicate and record information clearly and concisely.
