Customer Service Advisor - £16,000 – £19,000
Interaction recruitment are pleased to be able to offer this great opportunity to work for our client who is based in Romford and specialise within the insurance sector. The company are growing considerably and are looking to further expand a number of their departments and need strong Customer Service Advisor's to help aid this growth.
They are ideally looking for people with experience within the insurance sector. There are opportunities within both the outbound and inbound departments. On a daily basis you will be speaking to customers about specific policies and also introduce them to additional insurance packages.
Customer Service Advisor requirements:
· Educated to GCSE level – grade C or above or relevant experience
· Previous Call Centre experience ideally within the insurance sector but not essential
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle multiple accounts.
· Good administrative skills and with an attention to detail
· Computer literate
£16,000 – £19,000 + bonuses and commissions available
· 28 days, incl. Bank Holidays, per annum, with an additional day's per year of service
