My client is seeking a number of experienced Customer Service Advisors to support them through a busy period.
Working in a busy contact centre you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from benefit claimants and answering their queries in a timely and professional manner whilst adhering to call handling targets.
Other duties will include, handling incoming post and processing expense claims.
To be considered, you must have customer service experience, ideally telephone customer services, however other customer service experiences may be considered.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills is key.
Patience is also required due to the nature of the calls.
The ability to handle difficult customers in a calm and professional way.
Be flexible and reliable.
The role is full time - 37.5 hours per week and will include working 1 in 8 Saturdays.
You must be available to work between the hours of 8am to 8pm as you will be put on to a shift pattern.
The role is ongoing temporary and for the right candidates, permanent placements may become available.
Pay rate starts off at £8p/h and increases to £8.45p/h following 12 consecutive weeks of working.
All successful applicants must satisfy a DBS check in order to be offered a placement.
