Cathedral Appointments are recruiting for an experienced customer service professional within the insurance sector for a well-respected and rapidly growing business based in Exeter. The successful candidate will be providing a quality service to all customers, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with professionally and according to the company values.

Customer Service Advisor (Insurance) duties include:

  • Provide advice and recommendations to clients to meet their protection requirements
  • Update clients and where necessary introducer at each stage of the process
  • Liaise with Insurers on exchange to ensure protection products commence as agreed with client
  • Liaise with clients as and when necessary regarding issues raised by the provider
  • Understand the ethos, brand values and reputation of the business and work accordingly at all times

Customer Service Advisor (Insurance) requirements include:

  • Previous office based customer service experience is essential, ideally within insurance
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Organisation and team player
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
