Customer Service Agent - German speaker

My client operates a mid-size call centre business, based in North West London, and offers complete end-to-end Call Centre Services to its extensive client base. This is a temporary role offering competitive pay rate of £10.21 per hour.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent or Call Centre Agent to support the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities for the role below:
*Analyse all claims and investigate thoroughly using the relevant tools;
*Contribute to customer loyalty by adhering to the department's guidelines on customer satisfaction
*Communicate with customers via email in order to try and settle claims/resolve issues in a more personalised manner
*Give relevant compensations and goodwill gestures according to legal guidelines and Company's guidelines
*Communicate information about products and services to customers
*Answer customers' queries over the email and, when appropriate, resolve claims straight away
