Customer Service Executive (Day Shift)
Location: Horsham (Due to location you will need your own transport)
Salary: £20k-£21k DOE with a £3k day shift allowance
Hours: 4 days on - 4 days off 7am-7pm
I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of their Customer Service Executive that is needed in the day shift team.
* Managing the quotations of customer requests for quotes
* Customer order management
* Customer credit control assessment
* Processing the orders through the CRM
* Exchange order management
* Communicating with customers and vendors
* Liaising with other team members to facilitate the arrivals of deliveries on time
* Ensuring the terms of agreements have been executed
* Quoting in accordance with company policies and procedures
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Proven customer services experience within an office environment
* Highly customer focused
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Proven background within account management or order processing
* Fantastic attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and problem solve
* Great IT skills
