Customer Services Administrator required by Construction and Interiors Company based in Cobham, Surrey. Starting salary of £19,000. Hours: 07:30 – 17:00/ Mon – Friday. 1-hour lunch break.
Our client has been established for nearly 30 years, providing site solutions throughout the construction & interiors industry in London & the Home Counties.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced, friendly and organised Customer Services Administrator to join the team at their busy Head Office.
You will be responsible for coordinating and booking labourers, dealing with clients on the telephone and handling basic admin duties. This can be a very busy environment and challenging at times, but we are an informal, friendly company that prides itself on its family ethic.
-Manage telephone calls and online bookings.
-Deal with clients to ensure their requirements are fully met.
-Promote our services.
-General, basic admin duties.
-Very sociable and personable.
-Organised and efficient.
-Interested in a varied and adaptable role that will evolve with time.
-Previous experience with customer relations would be beneficial.
