We are looking for permanent customer service administrators for a professional business services company in Bromley.
The role is varied and will include administration and customer service support.
Answering the phone and dealing with queries from customers
Providing advice and assistance
Updating customer accounts
Responding to customer emails and correspondence
Sending out letters
Updating spread sheets
Candidates will possess GCSE at grade C or above in Maths and English in order to be considered
Candidates need a minimum of 6 months work experience in an office environment
Accurate data entry skills and able to use MS Word and MS Excel
A good level of numeracy and literacy
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700 (hour for lunch daily)
