Salary: £18K to £23K depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer services or accounts management professional to join a growing organization based in Poole.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and request
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Experience:

  • Ability to work under time management pressures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good IT skills and the ability to input into systems
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Numeric, oral and written language applications
  • Ability to pick up product knowledge
