SOS recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Services/Data Entry to join our well-established client based in Bournemouth, Dorset!
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset!
Salary: up to £16,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Permanent Contract: 35 hours per week
- Management of the CRM database
- Ensuring the deal management system is up to date at all times. This involves liaising with the deal coordinators and customers to obtain the latest information regarding deals.
- Providing support to the deal administration process where needed, aiming to complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Providing administrative support for invoicing, expenses and other general duties
- Following up with customers to obtain supporting documentation to assist with underwriting and deal administration
- Assisting the deal coordinators/account managers with projects or general administration
- Populating templates, reports and spreadsheets with data
- Handling of customer inquiries via telephone and email
What do we need from you:
- Can-do attitude and personality
- Excellent administrative skills
- Numeracy/accurate and technically competent
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Well organised and possess the ability to multi-task various jobs
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent customer service
- Highly motivated and able to manage own workload
- Strong customer focus
- Financial administration experience preferable but not essential
