Becoming a Data Entry Clerk (FTC) with Capita PIP (Personal Independence Payments):

Working as a Data Entry Clerk, you will have the opportunity to work with an innovative team who play a key role in the DWP Personal Independence Payments process. You will achieve a high standard of accuracy when processing documents, required for payment in accordance with DWP and Capita guidelines.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract, with potential to go permanent.

What you will do:

  • You will accurately code and process high volumes of payments for medical records received
  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to all queries from either internal or external sources received by telephone or E-mail
  • Raise invoices/ credit notes as necessary
  • Gain a full understanding of all processes to provide an accurate response to all queries
  • Notifying potential issues within the process to the line manager
  • Other adhoc duties to cover and support other team members

Experience you need to apply:

  • You will have previous experience in data entry, preferable high volume
  • Be a great team player and adaptable
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Great communication and IT skills
