Becoming a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor with Capita Customer Management:

In Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, on this occasion we are looking for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our busy team working on behalf of Marks and Spencer

What you will do:

  • Provide a first-class customer service; taking calls, web chats and answering online enquiries

  • Provide a 'right first time' service ensuring that the customer's query is dealt with in their first interaction with the business

  • Demonstrate the values of the company that you work for in all interactions with their customers

  • Update company systems to ensure an accurate record of the customer's query and the resolution

Your experience will include:

  • Fluent in Dutch; both written and verbal
  • A confident and friendly telephone manner
  • A real desire to provide a high level of customer service
  • Ideally you will have some experience in customer service however this is not essential
