Red Personnel have an exciting new opportunity! A skilled Education Manager (Qualifications) is required for a well-known and much respected membership body based in the vibrant City of London. This is a full-time permanent role, paying £37,455 per annum + excellent benefits!

Core duties of the Education Manager (Qualifications):

- Work closely with the Director of Qualifications and other departmental managers to ensure the validity of all the organisation’s qualifications
- Ensure the provision of appropriate assessments
- Provide support to centres delivering, or wishing to deliver, qualifications
- Manage the organisation’s qualifications throughout the life-cycle of the qualification
- Line manage the Education Officer(s) for your sector
- Participate in recruitment, appraisals and identification of training needs as directed by the Director of Qualifications
- Contribute to the marketing and promotion of qualifications offered by the organisation
- Act as Key Account Manager for a range of centres

The Education Manager (Qualifications) will most likely have/be:

- Relevant experience in an award winning organisation or educational environment
- Experience working with centres offering qualifications
- Computer literate
- Line management experience
- An excellent communicator
- Experience in the development of qualifications/courses
- Proven experience developing and administrating assessments, course/curriculum development and delivery
- A degree in Health Studies/ Health Promotion/Nutrition will be an advantage
- Ability to prioritise a multi-tasked workload
