Person Specification
To be successful, you will be an Engineering graduate who has achieved well in your degree, having earned at least a second class degree and a good understanding of how to work with young people based on experience gained from a similar role. We want to see graduates with the drive to evidence a commitment to the role and the school and motivate pupils to perform at their best. You should possess a natural ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and excellent subject knowledge.

About the Role
In this Engineering Learning Support Assistant position you will support general class learning on an ad hoc basis and your duties will include leading intervention sessions on a 1:1 or small group basis.
