You'll take a lot of calls and resolve lots of queries. That's another reason each day will fly by - you'll never stop. But you'll have the satisfaction and reward from knowing you're a key part of the company's success, helping to keep their impressive range of clients happy.
If you've worked in a customer-orientated role, perhaps in a Contact / Call Centre, and have good telephone-based skills, you'll do well in this job. If you've supported field-based Engineers, scheduled works or assisted with purchasing simple building services items, you're more likely to achieve the higher-end of the starting salary.
Most important is your attitude - a willingness to learn, get stuck in and be part of their great team.
