A Junior Finance Assistant is urgently required to work for a professional organisation in Birmingham.
This candidate should preferably be during early / starting stage of their career within Finance or at AAT stage. This candidate should be able to multitask between day to day duties to meet specific deadlines and should preferably live close to Edgbaston BIrmingham. Good attendance and excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are a must.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working within a Finance office / department and must be competent in using Microsoft Office. The candidate must have basic knowledge of finance and purchase ledger.
The basic duties include:
- Entering invoices onto in house system
- Matching invoices to the Purchase Order log.
- Allocating customer receipts.
- Scanning and batching invoices
- General Adhoc Duties.
On the job training, will be provided.
