Conrad Finance is pleased to be supporting a market leading solutions provider who supply a detailed and specialist service to number of house hold organisations across a selection of market sectors. Due to their continued success they are now looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their successful team in Ipswich
You will report directly to the Finance Manager supporting them in the delivery of all daily financial and business support activities which will also include some general office support.
You will ideally have some accounts experience and a keen interest to develop further within this area along with good computer knowledge, strong communication skills and good attention to detail whilst continuing to deliver a reliable service to the core areas of business.
Creating accurate monthly invoices and statements for clients
Processing and checking Invoices, including gaining authorisation for payment
Producing purchase orders
Accounts reconciliation on Sage
Assist in maintaining financial databases including credit / debt management systems
Carrying out basic credit control duties including chasing for overdue payments and sending copy invoices
Looking after all in-house expenses
Oversee all staff holiday requests making sure logged correctly and in company calendars
Ordering office stationary and refreshments as required
Meeting and greeting all visitors and cover the phones as required
Filing, dealing with incoming post and other adhoc duties as required
