We require a Transformation Lead to work within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde's Practice Nurse Support and Development (PNSD) Team. This new role will work locally and nationally to support the transformation of nursing within General Practice. You will be responsible for providing quality leadership, guidance and clinical support to progress areas of improvement and development work across 237 General Practices, 6 Health and Social Care Partnerships (HSCP's), NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and wider NHS Education Scotland and Scottish Government. This work will consist of locally designed quality improvement projects which may have been born from Cluster arrangements or within the PNSD Team to the wider transforming nursing roles within the General Practice and Advancing Practice arena. The post holder will also work strategically across all HSCP's to support the developments of nursing and quality care within their Primary Care services. It is essential you are a Registered Nurse with General Practice Nursing experience. You should have a strong understanding of primary care and will be knowledgeable of current policy. This job requires leadership to navigate through a complex and sometimes sensitive network whilst being able to positively influence key stakeholders at the right time. You will have demonstrable experience of quality improvement and change management skills and will be able to work autonomously without direct supervision.
