They are looking to hire Field Sales Business Development Managers that will be selling to large corporates such as Rightmove, Paddy Power, and UK Power.
This role begins with a £32,000 salary during your training period, but will quickly increase to an impressive £35,000 basic after 6 months - and with annual pay reviews you will see a rise to £40,000 - £50,000. In addition to receiving Pareto bespoke training, our client will provide further development support, including a generous benefits package of a mobile phone, laptop, and international travel opportunities.
The role of Graduate Business Development Manager is to arrange and attend appointments with predominantly medium to large organisations and to ascertain how the company can help them improve their external communication. It will be your job to understand the client’s needs and offer a solution from the company’s wide range of products and services; and build valuable business relationships.
