Immediate Start for Guest Relations Advisors - Summer 2018 Fixed Term Contracts until end of September 2018 - Premier Inn Contact Centre - Luton.

Our Luton based, Premier In - Contact Centre, is seeking individuals who will be at the heart of providing world class customer service. We need professional, passionate and individuals who take pride in what they do to deliver prompt and efficient resolution to issues which is to the satisfaction of our guests. Whether it is by telephone or emails all contact that is made must be resolved effectively to conclusion.

The dedication you have to the role would be to ensure that all the contacts you are managing are prioritised to identify the best course of action balancing the guest experience with the commercial interest of Premier Inn. You would be managing guests expectations to a swift resolution informing them of what each next step would be and delivering on all the promises you will have made whilst behind the scenes working seamlessly with the hotel teams to identify the root cause of the issue.

You will be:

  • Computer Literature, as you will be using multiple systems
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work on own and as part of a team
  • Able to deal with difficult situations and find resolutions suitable both for the customer and business
  • Able to prioritise workloads
  • Willing and able to work in a variable shift pattern covering the centre hours which are Monday-Saturday - 8am until 8pm and Sunday 10am until 6pm.
