Salary: Open to experience. Looking for £45k > plus car allowance
Team size: Currently 5 with plans to expand with the division

After another year of continued success. My client, a well powerhouse within the Umbrella, CIS & PSC industry are now looking for a proven sales professional to manage their expanding sales team, with plans to have a team of 8 before the end of 2018!

If you've sold outsourced payroll solutions, gained contractor referrals from recruitment agencies or even sold financial services into recruitment companies, then this Head of Sales role could be for you.
The successful individual will have pivotal responsibilities within the growth and development of the company.

You'll be tasked with the management and development of the sales team, setting KPI's, monthly review meetings and analysing potential territories for sales staff.

What the successful Head of Sales can expect:

-Competitive basic salary with car allowance and Uncapped OTE
-Realistic set targets with achievable commission structure
-25 days holiday with bank holiday and birthday off

-Supportive training plans and developments route in place, with long term goals.
-Key Accounts to manage and develop relationships with
-Devise a plan and marketing for the sales team
-Have full autonomy to build your own sales team over time

Key Responsibilities for the Head of New Business:

-Drive the New Business element for the division, whether this be through setting KPI's for the internal sales team to hit or out in the field meeting clients.
-Plan and strategies drivers for the business - how and where the business is going to be attained alongside the process behind it.
-Manage a team of 3 currently, with the full autonomy to build an extensive team around you.
-Accounts to manage from day 1. Covering a variety of industries and sectors.


-Proven sales ability, Business Development, Relationship building or Account Management
-Ability to sell at all tiers within a business
-Have a real desire to excel within your career, up to director level over time
-Sold into recruitment companies, financial services, consultant referrals or services.
-Developed long standing relationships with agencies.
-Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to establish sales strategies.

With big plans for the coming they're looking for a senior sales person who's sold into recruitment companies, ideally from an Umbrella/CIS or PSC background or alternatively a Business Development role within Recruitment.
