Our York Office has a fantastic opportunity within our Healthcare Sector. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to implement and grow our permanent recruitment division.
Quattro Healthcare are providers of nursing and care personnel in the private and public sectors and we will be building on this success to move into the permanent healthcare recruitment market.
We are seeking an experienced permanent recruiter who is looking to advance their career and build a team around them whilst maintaining their own desk. The Recruitment Manager will have a clear strategy in place and be supported by the Healthcare Director.
§Build and maintain a permanent desk placing healthcare professionals
§Recruit and train recruitment consultants
§Supervise recruitment team and report on activities
§Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with evidencable billings
§Preferable experience in healthcare recruitment, although not essential
§A strategic, long-term view required to build a successful division
