You will be part of a Multidisciplinary team and will provide care to patients in support of the trained nurse and will regularly work unsupervised. You will be expected to supervise & support junior staff whilst working in clinical areas. You will be expected to carry out Health & safety, Infection control audits on a weekly/monthly basis. You will be expected to share responsibility for key aspects of care delivery, prioritising workload whilst providing a safe and supportive environment in order to care for patients within outpatients meeting identified physical and psychosocial needs. You will act within the principles of the Divisions Code of Professional Conduct for HCSW. You will be expected to contribute to the effective management of resources including supplies/equipment. You should be in possession of completion certificate of NICHE/TCP and have substantial Health care experience preferably in Outpatient setting, competence in recording, reporting patient clinical observations. IT experience essential for this post. You should have effective written & verbal communication skills/literacy & numeracy.
