WestMARC provides mobility and rehabilitation technology service to patients with a wide range of disabilities in six Health Board areas across the West of Scotland. You should have excellent computer and keyboard skills and the ability to prioritise/organise your workload with minimum supervision. You will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the clinical and engineering functions within WestMARC Wheelchairs and Prosthetics services. It is essential that you are able to communicate at all levels and are able to cope with difficult situations and remain calm under pressure. You should have a good telephone manner and an ability to empathise with patients and carers. Call Centre experience would be an advantage but training will be given.
