Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. We are looking for a driver with excellent interpersonal skills to join our busy Housekeeping team. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for transferring staff to and from the village.

The ideal candidate will be naturally cheerful with a patient manner and a responsible attitude. You should also be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to perform under pressure. You will need to be physically capable of assisting with any luggage.


You will be contracted to work 85 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include working weekends, bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • A Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) license & Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC)
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Excellent driving skills & knowledge of traffic regulations.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Clear spoken English

Desirable requirements:

  • A current First Aid qualification and IT literacy would be an advantage
