SchneiderElectric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as an HRBusiness Partner, based at our manufacturing plant in Swindon, with regulartravel to Worthing, Sussex and occasional travel to Frome, Somerset.

In thisposition you will partner with the business unit, working with the seniorleadership teams to identify current and future needs and play a key role indriving the people plans to ensure the business is able to achieve its goals.You would also support your Business Unit leaders in driving a high-performanceculture to improve organisational and people capability, coaching Managers sothey are equipped with the appropriate knowledge and tools to manage theirpeople e.g. performance management, absence management, career management. Youwould combine strategic and tactical support to deliver best practice,commercially focused HR solutions in conjunction with HR Operations &Specialists (Centres of Excellence).  

This couldbe the right opportunity for you if you enjoy a full, generalist HR roleworking in a fast paced, change focused environment. You will need proven experienceof HR Business Partnering and an ability to influence at senior managementlevel within a global matrix organization. You will also need to demonstrate afocus on employee engagement, improvement plans and talent and development. Theideal candidate would be a chartered member of the CIPD.
