Human Resources Manager - Global Comms Agency - £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits - London Bridge (12 month contract)
My client, a successful and fast growing global communications agency, based in London Bridge, is looking for a people focused Human Resources Manager or Senior Human Resources Advisor to join their innovative and forward-thinking HR team during a period of business change.
There is a possibility that this role could become permanent, but there is no guarantee.
Reporting directly into the Global Human Resources Director, you will being responsible for the generalist HR remit, allowing the HRD to focus on the large scale change programmes. There will also be ample opportunity for you to assist with some of these change projects - especially around culture, engagement, harmonisation, reward and recognition and implementation of a global HRIS (for around 200 people) etc.
The role will also involve managing and coaching 2 HR Assistants to ensure they are developed - especially around dealing with ER issues.
This is an exciting time to join, with a great mix of operational HR and project work opportunities and the ability to affect positive change, support growth, where there is plenty to get your teeth into. Essentially you will be the Global HRD's right hand person, so will have ample opportunity for self-development.
You will be an experienced HR Manager level candidate or a strong Senior HR Advisor looking for your next step, with plenty of examples of strategic project work (ideally around the above), where you can bring a plethora of project delivery experience to this role. Candidates must have experience of managing people and be CIPD qualified to at least level 5.
Candidates will be from a creative/media/digital agency type environment and have experience working in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial (commercial) SME environment, where HR is constantly evolving. You are the type of HR person who is ahead of the game and always aware of the next trend/development in HR. You want to be the best and work for the best.
You will have the ability to work in an ambiguous environment where initiatives are still being embedded. This role would not suit someone who is used to an existing HR infrastructure and rigid policies or someone who is looking for complex ER experience.
