Due to my client expanding in the UK market we are looking for self driven and confident Insurance Claims Handlers to join my clients claims handling team. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals seeking career path progression.
In this role you will require excellent customer handling and organisation skills as you will be required to manage a case load of property claims efficiently and proactively in line with client specific requirements and service level agreements. You will also be required to settle/decline claims under delegated authority, audit surveyor reports, communicate with customers and insurer clients over the telephone, email and in writing. Managing third party companies such as building networks, drying/restoration suppliers and flooring suppliers, driving claims to settlement and updating and creating building repair schedules using their in-house schedule of rates.
Experience in a customer service role is essential along with handling property claims. You must be able to demonstrate great communication and organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast paced target driven environment. Educated to A level standard and must have strong IT skills.
What my client will offer:
£16000-£18000 per annum at trainee level depending on experience
Up to £22000 per annum for handlers with 5 years + property claims handling experience, company bonus scheme, 3% contributory pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and career advancement.
