The firm focuses on the provision of specialist corporate and commercial services and clients include not-for-profit organisations, property developers and entrepreneurs and HNW individuals in the UK and globally. Currently embarking on a period of expansion with a view to providing an ‘all-inclusive’ level of service for new and existing clients, the firm is also developing new areas of practice and is currently recruiting for a commercial property role in the Northampton office.
You will be taking on a mixed caseload of commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold transactions and landlord and tenant matters. Clients may include local authorities and other public-sector bodies and the team is regularly instructed in matters such as investment purchases, new build developments, options and overage agreements.
Our client is looking for a solicitor of about 3 – 5 years’ PQE (or a similarly qualified legal executive) with experience gained in a Legal 500 firm;
With a demonstrably solid background in commercial property work;
With excellent negotiation and client care skills;
Experience in business marketing and networking would be advantageous.
