The Role

Review country by country advices. Identify where more advice is needed. Update the License Snapshot and License Tracker spreadsheets to reflect latest advice. Identify where IPC is compliant and where more action is required.
Review compliance infofrom each IPC channel partner. Chase channel partners for copies of policies / gaps in information. Compare the channel information against specific customer contracts to highlight gaps and establish an auditable trail illustrating that IPC has active channel partner compliance controls.
Research requirements of maintaining company for each country where IPC has company.
Assist with organization of corporate documents for NA corporate entities
Review policies in Corporate Legal Policies in Logos, prepare a spreadsheet that identifies which department looks after each policy, identify policies that are missing and/or need to be updated.
Litigation support (when possible) and include in exercises to enhance Logos. Potential to support TradeCare/Logos sprint
Organize responses from Legal team, identify next steps
Assists with creation of an auditable trail of GDPR compliance

About you

Currently studying towards a Law or Legal related degree
Good IT skills and strong database entry skills
Ability to understand complex contracts
A legal qualification would be an advantage or paralegal experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department (with understanding of contracts).
Highly organised, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to progress matters independently with supervision
Able to work under pressure.
