The Vehicle Sales Specialist

We are looking for someone amazing to complete our team at Lexus Woodford. We are a very successful and growing brand with lots of exciting new models due over the next few years. We are looking for someone ambitious with exceptional customer service skills. This person must have some Sales Experience but not necessarily in the Automotive Industry.

Day to day tasks will include:

+ Meeting and greeting clients into the showroom and discussing the cars on offer,
+ Ensuring everyone is offered a comprehensive test drive,
+ Taking the customers to a level where they are welcomed and treated like a guest in our home - "Omotenashi". A very good Japanese word which Lexus often use.
+ Ensuring the transaction is taken as far as it can hopefully resulting in a sale,
+ Offering finance - you will be Saf trained and FCA approved,
+ Answering enquiries on the telephone and by email using the guideline issued and ensuring they are met with a personal response.
+ Organising handovers in new and used cars,
+ Ensuring the handover is carried out to the customers expectations
+ Ensuring all of the clients that we deal with are followed up suitably

About You:

Ability to learn - You will need to learn about the product. Training will be offered and some of this will be off site. Technology in our cars is very advanced, you will need to confidently demonstrate the use of this.

Confidence in embracing new things - Hybrid is part of our every day life here. You will need confident knowledge of this.

Excellent organisation skills - The paperwork required in this vocation requires excellent organisation skills and you must ensure that all paperwork is completed in the recommended time frame and follow the correct process.

Excellent self-management skills - Your diary is online and must be managed daily.
