A market leading financial services company based in central London is seeking a Client Service Manager to join its growing team of experienced fund accountants.
The person in this newly created position will be responsible for managing a team of up to 15 qualified and part qualified Accountants who provide a range of accounting services to clients in the private equity sector. The business is a global organisation employing upwards of 500 staff.
The role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression within private equity. Day to day duties will include being responsible for the development/management of the team, developing relationships with clients (including the monitoring of service levels), providing appropriate frameworks and ensuring adherence to policies/procedures, leading all recruitment training & development of staff. You will also be an escalation point for Senior Accountants for any queries and reviews as well as liaise with clients regularly both over the telephone and in meetings. There will also be various project based assignments to get involved with.
This Client Service Manager position is paying up to £75,000 plus excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension and discretionary bonus.
* Strong background in providing accounting services to clients and managing relationships
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA)
* Experience in team management (including training and mentoring)
* Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
