Job Description

Marketing Administrator -- (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)

You'll be a design student or a more seasoned marketer looking for a temporary role within a marketing team. You will be using Word, Photoshop and other software packages to transfer our stock of historic brochures into new corporate templates and a suite of support documents into a more modern software solution.


  • Transfer of existing documentation into new templates. (Word)
  • Transfer of existing support information from Word into a new software solution.
  • Some Photoshop editing will be required.
  • Ensure all data is transferred effectively and correctly.
  • Update all styling to align with guidelines.

Experience & Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Word.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop to edit and resize photographs.
  • Knowledge of the FastHelp software package would be highly advantageous. ( but training will be supplied)

Personal Specifications:

  • A good eye for detail is imperative.
  • Able to work on your own to complete the work.
  • Be well organised.

About you

You're naturally organised, methodical with the ability to plan, manage and deliver, you have good attention to detail with a constant drive for doing things efficiently.

This position may require exposure to information which is subject to export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must meet eligibility requirements of the ITAR and of the UK/EU through completion of a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) application.
