To execute the marketing automation strategy, by way of scripting and coding, across all channels and platforms then analysing results in order to recommend improvements for optimisation and hit return of investment and other business targets.Main responsibilities
•Supports the implementation of campaign rules and logic, any modelling requirements and data feeds into the relevant CRM platforms.
•Supports the delivery of automation capability across multiple channels and product areas to allow for campaign optimisation.
•Reviews and contributes to a consistent end-to-end customer experience across all products and channels ensuring all marketing activities comply with FCA and business control processes.
•Assists in develop campaign strategies to improve ROI.
