The Directors of this business are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about what they do and they are looking for like minded, career driven professionals who can fit with their ethos and champion their culture. Due to further growth within the business; the Directors are now looking for additional support by way of an Office Administrator. Duties will include:

  • Supporting the directors on business development projects
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Diary management for the team
  • Organizing team socials
  • Ad-hoc financial administration using Quickbooks
  • Apply for awards and manage awards database
  • Support the marketing team with campaigns and project work
  • Support the business with the delivery of events and activations
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with relevant supplies (office and non-office)

To be successful in this role you will have gained a Degree in Marketing, English or an industry relevant subject. You will have strong copy writing skills and be a creative thinker with a strong eye for design. Excellent communication skills are key and you will be adept across all social media channels.

This is a key role within a fast paced, dynamic and exciting industry and will really suit those who are looking for a career and not just a 9-5 role.
