We are seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team at Wood Hall Hotel. This is initially a one year role covering Maternity leave.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of all Hotel operations through the interpretation of The Hand Picked Vision.
You will effectively manage Heads of Department for Front Office, F&B, C&B and Housekeeping. You will champion and maintain consistency of Brand standards, be product and customer focussed with a clear emphasis on training and development. There will also need to be a focus on maximising revenue opportunities and managing an effective cost programme to ensure budgeted sales and profit targets are met.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills alongside attention to detail and good operations management experience.
As Operations Manager, you will support managers with the recruitment and planning of the labour resource in line with budget and business needs encompassing rotas, forecasting and timesheet control.

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum
