Position: PA / Human Resources Coordinator

Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Watford

Our client is looking to recruit a graduate with a minimum of two years HR experience.

The role will also act as a PA for the Group HR Director and responsibilities include: -

  • Diary management - organising meetings, liaising with teams, screening emails
  • Collating information & data
  • Single point of contact for Group HRD who travels extensively
  • Supporting in developing & updating OD company wide structures
  • Supporting employee branding on social media
  • Supporting the business in delivering HR administration activities. You will constantly be looking for opportunities to simplify and streamline HR processes

The successful application will ideally have: -

  • Minimum 2 years HR experience
  • Liaise with international markets
  • Graduate and studying for CIPD qualification
  • Can read situations and has an appetite to get things done & make a difference
  • Confident, loyal with a positive attitude & exceptional communication skills
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Essential knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel & Visio
  • Retail / multisite background preferred
  • Ambitious & keen to progress
