Hours: Part time- between 1-2 days per week (flexibility with this to suit candidate)

Salary: circa £9-£10 per hour

We are Looking for an experienced Payroll & Finance Administrator to join my client, a local care organisation based in Alnwick on a part time, permanent basis. Ideally working on between 1-2 full days basis there is flexibility with working hours and days to suit availability. We are looking for an experienced payroll & finance individual with experience in using Sage software who will manage payroll and finance administration required.

You will be an effective communicator used to dealing with people on all levels both internally and externally. You will be self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively and take ownership of tasks.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Managing completion of payroll for all staff using Sage software
  • Supporting finance systems and processes within the business
  • Ensuring effective payments of suppliers and invoicing
  • Filing and effective management of paperwork
  • General administration duties- filing/photocopying
  • Competent use of both Sage & Microsoft packages - word/excel
