LAH provide front of house receptionists for commercial properties, working with the Landlord, Investors and Property Management Companies.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and immaculately presented part time front of house receptionist, with an enthusiastic and positive 'can do’ attitude. The position is based in a prestigious building, set in in the heart of Sheffield city centre.
Front of house reception duties will include
Some of the office space in the building is still vacant - and you will have the additional role of supporting the local letting agents by preparing for viewings, ensuring the office space is well presented.
You will also be tasked with researching and starting to introduce associated concierge services eg dry cleaning /cobbler collection service. You will also explore arranging pop up events and look to source local discounts eg Health Club, Restaurant offers.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are needed together with a confident and professional manner. Proficiency in computer skills essential and competency required using Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous front of house reception experience or working in customer service environment essential.
2.5 days per week, working on a job share basis with flexibility to provide cover for holidays and sickness when required.
Working 08.00am - 6.00pm Monday and Tuesday, and 8.00am - 1.00pm Wednesday,
£11,375 - £12,025 pa part time (£8.75-£9.25 ph) 25 hours
